| 摘 要： | 在对各地区与部门外宣翻译状况调查与研究的基础上,指出了当前外宣翻译所存在的宏观问题,并提出了解决方法与对策:一是要建立多样化的寻译和译文把关制度,二是要加大外宣翻译人才培养力度,三是有必要设立外宣翻译监管部门。
