| Abstract: | As for higher vocational education,it is necessary to focus its attention on the cultivation of the professional abilities.To finish this goal,the polytechnics have to consider what the key professional capacities are,which factors constrain the development of students competence,and how to cultivate those professional abilities.The paper proposed that polytechnics should offer a qualified curriculum for students,arrange the training practice and guide students to design their career planning. |
