| 摘 要： | 成人英语学习者(如参加各种函授班、自考班、学位班、短训班、出国留学人员培训班等的学习者)在智力与非智力方面,在主观与客观方面存在着有利条件和不利因素。针对成人学习者的特点,应该采用适合成年教育的英语教学策略和方法,提高成人英语教育的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the characteristics of adult English learners.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of their English learning,(including intelligence and non-intelligence factors,subjective and objective conditions),the paper puts forth several teaching strategies and approach on adult English teaching to increase the efficiency of adult English teaching. |
