| 摘 要： | 中美高校学生事务管理从发展过程、内容到特点存在很大差异，通过对两者的比较研究，提出了提高我国学生事务管理水平的几点建议：树立以学生为本的服务理念、在学生事务管理中加强学生的自主性和加强学生事务管理队伍建设。

| Abstract: | Based on comparison between China and the United States in the contents and characteristics of student affairs administration,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of student affairs administration in our country.The "student-oriented" concept should be adopted to provide better service for college students and the autonomy of students in student affairs management should be strengthened and the construction of student affairs management teams should also be paid much more attention. |
