| 摘 要： | 教育行政体制作为国家领导教育的最基本方式,是各项教育管理活动得以顺利进行的基础,影响着教育管理模式的选择.我国的教育行政管理是在我国特有的政治、经济、文化背景下产生的,具有我国的特点.通过教育行政管理体制现状的分析,客观了解我国教育行政管理体制的发展与不足,使我国教育政管理能有针对性地进行改革,推动我国教育管理模式更加适应社会的发展

| Abstract: | Educational administrative management system is a basic means to manage the educational industry by a government,and it is a base on which all kinds of educational management can carry out.The current educational administrative management system in China emerged under the condition of Chinese economic and political system.The paper analyzes the current educational administrative management system,especially the defects of the system.The purpose is to promote the reform of the management system so as to adapted to the economic development of China. |
