| 摘 要： | 如何做好师专学生的就业思想教育和就业指导工作 ,是当前摆在我们面前的重要课题。面对激烈竞争的就业形势和学生的思想状况 ,应重视抓好对学生的就业形势教育、择业观教育、巩固专业思想教育 ,使学生转变就业观念 ,认准目标 ,找准位置。学校应把思想教育和就业指导结合起来 ,把思想教育和解决就业实际问题结合起来 ,走校社 (社会 )结合、校校结合、校企结合的路子 ,使人才培养更具有针对性和目标性。

| Abstract: | The important issue for our teachers is to prepare students for their employment and the guidance in this connection. Facing the severe employment situation and the students ideological condition,we need to make efforts in educating students with correct understanding of the current situation on the job market,provide them with advice on how to select jobs,strengthen the education on their specialties in order to make them change their notions about employment and find proper jobs which suit them well. The school needs to carry out the education,which combines ideological contents and job guidance,ideological instruction and solution of the practical problem they are facing. The school is aimed at cultivating talented people with directed purpose and objectives,at the same time it can invite efforts from enterprises,other schools and agencies in the society. |
