| 摘 要： | 图书馆的显著特点就是他的服务性,服务的是不同年龄、不同性别、不同职业、不同知识结构的广大读者。为读者服务是图书馆全部工作的出发点和归宿点。文章阐述了图书馆读者服务工作的重要性,分析了临沧市图书馆开展读者服务工作存在的问题,探讨了进一步做好读者服务工作的对策。
