| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、数理统计法与归纳法,对百年来历届奥运会田径金牌获得国家的情况进行大量资料分析,结果表明：国家管理体制的优势、政府的高度重视和经费的大力支持以及学校体育和职业体育的蓬勃发展、后备人才储备充足、体育科研的迅速发展等,是各田径强国保持持续发展的重要成功经验。借鉴世界田径强国竞技体育成功经验,为我国田径运动的发展提供了有益的参考。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature refers,mathematical statistics and induction,this article made a large number of data analysis of the national circumstances of Country which won Olympic gold medals in track and field over the past century.The results show that the state management system,the high attention and funding support of the government,the booming of school sports and professional sports,the sufficiency of personnel reserve and the rapid development of scientific research into sports are critical successful experience of all track and field powers to maintain the sustainable development.Regarding the underdevelopment of Chinese athletics,comparing the Chinese athletics with the athletics of the great powers from diverse perspetives to find out the gaps,on the basis of the successful experiences of the international athletics powers,analyzing the problems in track and training in China,this article provides bencificial reference for track and field development. |
