| 摘 要： | 文章以长株潭地区为例,旨在揭示全民健身促动之下老年人的休闲体育发展和锻炼状况,以此为研究对象,为政府及社会体育组织有针对性地改善和丰富老年人的精神生活,使全民健身真正意义上惠及全民,使老年人真正的能＂老有所学、老有所为、老有所乐＂,进一步为推动社会主义物质文学和精神文明做出贡献。

| Abstract: | In recent years national policy is being perfected and perfect social security system and old legal system have gradually formed.This paper takes Chang-Zhu-Tan area as an example,to studies the elder leisure sports activity conditions under the development of the National Fitness,to pertinently improve and enrich the spiritual life of the elderly,and to have the elder enjoy the results of National Fitness Program,and to promote the further development of socialist material literature and spiritual civilization. |
