| 摘 要： | 随着素质教育的进一步推进，法学教育的观念也发生了重大的变化。教育观念的转变必然带来教学方法的变革。以提高学生综合素质为目的的案例教学法在法学教学内容中所占的比重越来越大，案例教学正越来越为广大教师所关注和重视。
