| 摘 要： | 基于现代远程开放教育自身特点,必须要加大管理与督查力度,以期确保并提高开放教育的质量。调动情商,激发培养求知欲;加大对学员学习全过程的监控力度;优化学习支持服务系统;加大考试改革力度,严肃考风考纪等,都是保证质量的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Because of it's own characteristic of open modern distance education,we must devote more efforts to managing and superintending and checking, in the hope of guaranteeing and improving the open quality that educate,arouse the EQ, excite the curiosity of training,devote more efforts to studying overall control to students,optimize and learn to support the service system,devote more efforts to reforming in examination, serious to test wind test discipline wait, effective way that ensure the quality of products. |
