高等院校课程建设绩效评价体系探索与实践——以三亚学院课程"三度"建设为例

摘    要:合理提升学业挑战度、增加课程难度、拓展课程深度,切实提高课程教学质量是中国高等教育发展的时代要求.在此要求下,三亚学院实施以增加课程饱和度、课程深度和学业紧张度为特征的课程教学改革与建设正从试点改革进入全面推广阶段.通过梳理课程教学改革与建设的目标和要求,文章对试点阶段的课程建设绩效进行了综合评价.评价结果显示,学生在实施"三度"建设的课程上学习投入时间、学业负担有明显增加,但学生的知识重组、知识运用能力提升并不明显.

Exploration and Practice of Performance Evaluation on Curriculum Construction in Colleges and Universities--Take the"three degree"curriculum construction of USY as an example

Abstract:It is the requirement of the times for the development of China's higher education to reasonably enhance the academic challenge,increase the difficulty of the curriculum,expand the depth of the curriculum,and effectively improve the quality of curriculum teaching.Under this situation,USY has implemented curriculum teaching reform and construction characterized by increasing curriculum saturation,curriculum depth and academic tension.And now it is entering the comprehensive promotion stage from the pilot reform.By combing the objectives and requirements of curriculum teaching reform and construction,this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the performance of curriculum construction in the pilot stage.The evaluation results show that the students'learning time and academic burden have increased significantly in the implementation of the"three-degree"construction curriculum,but the knowledge reorganization and knowledge application ability of students are not significantly improved.
