职业教育隐性分层教学设计的探索与实践

摘    要:隐性分层教学是指不进行明确分层,只是教师在心里对教学对象进行分层,并在教学实施过程中进行针对性的教学。在分析显性分层教学存在问题的基础上,提出隐性分层教学的实施方法,如教学对象的隐性分层、教学目标的隐性分层、理论授课的隐性分层,及实践操作的隐性分层等,为推进职业教育教学改革提供参考。

The Exploration and Practice of Implicit Hierarchical Teaching Design in Vocational Education

Abstract:Implicit hierarchical teaching means that teachers do not carry out clear hierarchical teaching,but only carry out hierarchical teaching on teaching objects in mind,and carry out targeted teaching in the process of teaching implementation.Based on analyzing the problems existing in the explicit hierarchical teaching,this paper puts forward the implementation methods of the implicit hierarchical teaching,such as the implicit hierarchical teaching of teaching objects,the implicit hierarchical teaching of teaching objectives,and the implicit hierarchical teaching of theoretical teaching,the implicit hierarchical teaching of the practical operation,so as to provide reference for promoting the teaching reform of vocational education.
