基于扎根理论的军校士官教员胜任力模型构建

摘    要:士官教员是士官院校教员队伍的重要组成部分。针对军校士官教员能力构成存在的实际问题,基于扎根理论的定性研究方法,通过系统规范的编码规则,从实际访谈中归纳引导经验模型,并进行理论饱和度检验,最终构建出军校士官教员胜任力模型。军校士官教员胜任力模型由知识、技能、素养和个性品质4个维度构成。

The Construction of Competency Model of Military Academy Sergeant Instructor Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract:Sergeant faculty is an important part of the faculty in sergeant colleges.In view of the actual problems existing in the ability composition of military academy sergeant instructor,based on the qualitative research method of grounded theory,through the systematic and standardized coding rules,this paper sums up the guiding experience model from the actual interview,and tests the theoretical saturation,and finally constructs the competency model of military academy sergeant instructors.The competency model of military academy sergeant instructors consists of four dimensions:knowledge,skills,literacy and personality.
