| 摘 要： | 辅导员从事的工作内容与其自身的职业特征与职位要求直接相关,社会对辅导员岗位与角色的期许也在逐年提升,辅导员工作呈现出职业性与专业性的特征,辅导员工作能够被观察,可视化的程度比较高.当前高等院校辅导员工作应始终坚持"以人为本"的理念,将思想政治教育工作做得有温度,强化辅导员队伍建设,制定科学的培训方案,不断提升思想教育与培训的力度,促使职业技能培训的示范作用充分发挥出来,为辅导员队伍可持续化发展提供战略支持.

| Abstract: | The content of counselors'work is directly related to their own professional characteristics and job requirements.Social expectations for counselors'positions and roles are also increasing year by year.Counselors'work shows the characteristics of professionalism and professionalism.Counselors'work can be observed with a high degree of visualization.At present,the work of counselors in colleges and universities should always adhere to the concept of"people-oriented",make ideological and political education work warm,strengthen the construction of counselor team,formulate scientific training programs,constantly improve the strength of ideological education and training,promote the demonstration role of vocational skills training,and provide strategic support for the sustainable development of counselor team. |
