| 摘 要： | 随着经济的全球化发展,国内企业对外活动及国际化技术交流活动不断增加。现代企业需重视员工的英语培训工作,提高其英语水平,减少国际交流中产生的语言交际障碍,从而增强企业员工的竞争优势。在分析企业员工英语学习现状和学习过程中存在问题的基础上,立足企业员工英语教学实践,探究如何加强英语培训,提高现代企业员工的英语综合应用能力。

| Abstract: | With the development of economic globalization,the external foreign activities and international technical exchange activities of domestic enterprises are increasing continuously.Modern enterprises need to pay attention to their employees'English training,improve their English level,reduce the language communication barriers in international communication,so as to enhance the employees'competitive advantage.Based on the analysis of the current situation of English learning and the problems existing in the learning process of enterprise employees,this paper explores how to strengthen English training and improve the employees'comprehensive English application ability of modern enterprises. |
