现代学徒制多方参与评价的双主体育人机制分析

摘    要:现代学徒制是学校与企业共同推出的一项育人模式,有利于教育资源共享与合理分配,提升了学生实践应用能力.本文主要对现代学徒制与双主体育人机制内涵进行分析,明确现代学徒制产生与发展历程,并且阐述双主体育人机制主要内容,根据目前教育条件,重点探究了现代学徒制参与评价的双主体育人机制实现途径,以期为教学工作提供有益参考.

An Analysis of the Mechanism of"Double Masters" in the Evaluation of Modern Apprenticeship

Abstract:Modern apprenticeship system is a mode of educating people introduced by schools and enterprises, which is beneficial to the sharing and rational distribution of educational resources and improves students’ practical application ability. This paper mainly analyzes the connotation of modern apprenticeship system and double-master sportsman mechanism, clarifies the emergence and development course of modern apprenticeship system, and expounds the main contents of double-master sportsman mechanism. According to the current educational conditions, this paper focuses on the realization of double-master sportsman mechanism in order to provide useful reference for teaching work.
