| 摘 要： | 在重庆市第二期国家贫困地区义务教育工程教师培训中,笔者深感中小学在职非学历短训中存在的不少问题严重影响了培训的效果。在以"二期义教工程"师资培训为个案的研究中,结合重庆贫困地区的实际情况,提出对贫困地区农村中小学教师在职培训的几点思考。
