"新课改"与高师学生教育科研素质培养

摘    要:"新课改"的稳健推进需要教育科研型教师的支撑。这种新型教师的养成不是"教"出来的,而是高等师范院校对学生进行教育科研素质培养的结晶。本着"在学习中学会学习,在科研中学会科研"的理念,高等师范院校应大力发挥教育科研素质培养的资源优势,推进教育科研目标、管理、意识、阵地的全方位下移,并积极探索对学生教育科研素质培养的有效模式。同时,这些改革思路进入教育实践的过程,也就是教育科研回归实践、科研权利师生共同分享的过程。

Abstract:A steady advance of "the New Program for Middle School Curricula" needs to be actualized by thousands of educator-and-researcher teachers whose growth doesn't simply depend on "classroom teaching"but comes about as the result of the training of quality in educational research being carried out in higher normal institutions. According to the motto of "learning how to learn in the course of learning" and "learning how to make a research in the course of making researches", higher normal institutions should take every advantage of their resources in training of educational and research quality so as to adjust the objectives, administration, awareness and arena of education and research to pragmatic conditions in pursuit of a new model of training educational and research quality. In fact, the process of bringing these reformative frameworks into practice means regression of education and research to practice and joint enjoyment of the right of academic research between teachers and students.
