| 摘 要： | 高职学生处于心理发展与完善的关键期,从中学到大学的转换过程中容易出现学习、生活、人际交往的不适应,易产生不同程度的应激心理反应,甚至出现适应性障碍。高职学生适应障碍的主要表现为：学习适应性障碍;生活适应性障碍;人际交往障碍。通过分析高职学生适应性障碍,提出解决的建议。
