| 摘 要： | 权利维护是当代大学生权利实现要求的迫切需要，学校和社会对他们的权利维护现状要引起高度关注和重视，高校学生管理制度要不断完善，紧随社会发展和教育发展的步伐，这样在一定程度上才能更好地维护学生的的合法权益。本文从大学生法律素质、维权现状进行分析，认为学生维权意识的增强对新时期的学生管理提出了新要求。
