| 摘 要： | 高校去行政化已成为高校研究的热点之一,研究的主要焦点在于高校应不应该去除行政以及怎样更好地去除行政化。高校过度行政化迷失了大学的使命,大学作为培养人才的摇篮应保持自身独立的办学,政府作为大学的投资者应正确处理好与大学的关系,这样才能回归大学使命。

| Abstract: | Being de-bureaucrat has become a hot spot in higher institutions,and whether the higher institutions should be de-bureaucrat and how to do it better are the main issue. The bureaucratic of higher institutions lose the mission of university. The universities are the place where talents should keep their independent running. The government as the investors of the higher institutions should deal with the relationship of them correctly. Only by these can the higher institutions return to the mission of university. |
