| 摘 要： | 在教育事业良性发展的形势下,省级教育学院的发展却步履维艰,存在成人学生生源急剧减少、教师培训和教育干部培训层次不能满足培训对象的需要以及发展边缘化、生存困难等问题,而其模糊的功能定位也影响和制约了自身发展。面对《教育规划纲要》对教育事业发展提出的新要求,省级教育学院应正视存在的问题,加大改革发展力度,着力明确五个方面的功能,选择适合自身特点和实际的发展方向,尤其是对于已经基本具备改制为普通高校条件且大多处于教育相对落后的中西部的省级教育学院而言,更应加强内涵建设,创造各种条件走改制之路,以最大程度地发挥自身在长期办学过程中所积累的优质资源的作用。

| Abstract: | In the situation of education development,the development of provincial institutes of education walk with difficulty,the sources of adult students sharply decreasing,teachers training and cadres training levelnot being able to meet the need of training objects,developing marginally and surviving difficultly,and their fuzzy function orientation influences and restricts their development.Facing to the new requirements for education development proposed in the program schema,provincial education institutes should face the problems,increase the vigor of reform and development,put forword effort to get clear five aspects of function,choose the development direction which suits their characteristics and actuality,especially for those that have basicconditions of restructuring for regular institutions of higher learning and mostly located the Midwest with relatively backward education,should strengthen the connotation construction,create all sorts of conditions to restructure,and,to the greatest extent,exert their functions of quality resources accumulated in the process of long-term school-running. |
