| 摘 要： | 校企合作、产学结合是高职教育发展的必由之路,校企合作过程中高职校园文化与企业文化的碰撞和融合都是一种必然的现象。高职校园文化与企业文化之间是既有联系,又有区别的。高职校园文化与企业文化之间的错位、矛盾和冲突,要求必须通过工学结合人才培养模式的建立、实践基地建设和实践教学制度化建设、文化的交流与互动、管理方式与理念的互融等方式,逐步达到高职校园文化与企业文化的对接与耦合。

| Abstract: | Enterprise cooperation, combining production is the only way to develop vocational education, schoolenterprise cooperation in vocational school during the collision of culture and corporate culture and integration is an inevitable phenomenon. Vocational school culture and the existing links between corporate culture, there are differences. Vocational school culture and the dislocation between the corporate culture, contradictions and conflicts, which calls for work and study through the establishment of personnel training mode, practice and practice teaching based on system construction, cultural exchange and interaction, management style and philosophy of the fusion so as to gradually achieve docking and coupling of the vocational campus culture and enterprise culture. |
