| 摘 要： | 以动作发展理论为支撑,采用实验法,以某市某特殊儿童康复中心24名学龄期自闭症谱系障碍儿童为被试,随机分入实验组和对照组,实验组被试进行12周的大肌肉运动技能干预研究,对照组被试接受常规教学活动,探讨大肌肉运动干预的有效性及其对自闭症儿童基本运动技能的影响。结果:实验组与对照组被试大肌肉运动技能、基本运动技能在实验前未见显著差异,运动干预结束后,实验组与对照组被试的大肌肉运动技能水平均提高,实验组大肌肉运动技能水平提高显著;实验组与对照组大肌肉运动技能水平的提高与基本运动技能的变化未见显著相关。运动干预能够有效提高实验组自闭症儿童大肌肉运动技能水平,但大肌肉运动技能干预对基本运动技能的促进效果不明显。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of action development,twenty-four school-age children with autism spectrum disorder in a special children’s rehabilitation center in Wuhan were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The subjects from experimental group conducted a 12-week study on gross motor intervention,and the control group received traditional teaching activities to explore the effectiveness of gross motor intervention and its impact on the basic motor skills of autistic children.The results showed that there was no significant difference in gross motor skills and basic motor skills between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment.After the intervention,the gross motor ability of the experimental group and the control group was improved,and the improvement of gross motor ability of the experimental group was significant.There was no significant correlation between the improvement of gross motor skills and the change of basic motor skills between the experimental group and the control group.Exercise intervention can effectively improve the gross motor skills of autistic children in the experimental group,but the effect of exercise intervention on basic motor skills is not obvious. |
