孝感市城区幼儿园3~4岁儿童血清铁含量调查研究

摘    要:目的:描述孝感市城区学龄前儿童血清铁元素含量分布,为制定儿童铁微量元素干预措施提供依据。方法:城区幼儿园3—4岁儿童作为研究对象,采用原子吸收法测定儿童血清铁元素含量。所有数据采用SPSS12分析软件统计分析,用频数分布表和频数分布图描述含量分布。结果:孝感市城区3—4岁儿童血清铁元素的平均水平为21.03μmol/L。儿童血清铁元素含量在10~15μmol/L所占比例最高,为22.87%。孝感市城区儿童血清铁含量偏低率为11.26%,偏高率为15.4%。

Abstract: Purpose ] This paper describes the distribution of serum iron of Children; Serum Iron; Trace Element; Distribution. 3 to 4 year - old children and offer proof to formulate the intervention countermeasure about children's trace element of iron. Methods] 3 to 4 year - old children are sampled in downtown Xiaogan, whose serum level of iron is measured by atomic absorption spec- troscopy. All data is analyzed by SPSS 12 software and the distribution of children's trace element of iron is described by frequency distribution table and frequency distribution chart. Conclusion] The mean trace element of serum iron of 3 to 4 year -old children in downtown Xiaogan is 21. 031μmol/L. The highest percentage of serum iron content is 22.87%, which is 10 - 15μmol/L. In downtown Xiaogan, the lower rate of serum iron content is 11.26% while the higher rate is 15.4%.
