| 摘 要： | 民主政治在社会主义政治文明建设中具有重要地位,发展社会主义民主政治是建设政治文明的基本内容和核心要求,建设民主法制是发展社会主义民主政治的基础和本质要求.同时,指出当前我国必须加强民主权利的保障和法律实施的监督制度建设,从而实现社会公平和公正.

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the important role of the democratic politics in the construction of the socialist political civilization and points out that the development of socialist democratic politics is the key to constructing political civilization,and the construction of the democratic legal system is the foundation for developing the socialist democratic politics.The paper also pints out that China must strengthen its democratic rights and improve the supervisory system for legal enforcement in order to realize social justice and fairness. |
