| 摘 要： | 近十多年来，昆明的经济实力纵向比较有较大发展，但横向比较发展显得缓慢，城市综合竞争力在全国尚处中等水平。进一步提升昆明城市竞争力还应从以下几方面着手：出台可操作性强的城市竞争力监测、评估指标体系；明确城市功能定位，着力打造品质春城；充分挖掘和展现昆明的文化特色与魅力；大力提高城市创新能力；充分发挥昆明作为滇中城市群中心城市的功能和地位；扩大开放，以国际化城市标准为参照增强竞争力。

| Abstract: | During the recent 10 years, Kunming city＇s economy has achieved great development with a longitudinal comparison. However, it is just a middle-level development when making a parallel comparison among similar cities in China. To promote the city competitiveness of Kunming, six suggestions have been given ： To promote the designing of monitoring and evaluation index systems on city competitiveness, the clear function orientation of Kunming and building an excellent Spring City, fully excavating the cultural characteristics and charm of Kunming city, improving city innovation ability, bringing the role of central city of Kunming among central Yunnan urban agglomeration into full play and expanding opening-up and using the international city as the standard to promote the city competitiveness of Kunming. |
