| 摘 要： | 随着近几年高职院校的学生规模越来越大,导致专门从事学生管理工作的人员严重不足,专职辅导员工作很难细化,因而很多工作都要依赖学生干部来协助完成。但由于历史原因,高职学生干部队伍的建设存在很多问题。本文在对高职院校学生干部现状分析的基础上,提出了解决问题的对策建议。
