| 摘 要： | 采用实地测试法和数理统计法,对高职院校《学生体质健康标准(试行方案)》(以下简称《标准》)中部分项目指标进行测试研究,分析和掌握学生的体质健康状况,为学校的体育教学改革和学生的体育锻炼提供科学依据,为《标准》的进一步实施和修订进行佐证和补充。结果表明,学生的体质健康水平基本良好,《标准》是可行的,但尚需进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The paper tests and studies some items in the Students Physical Health Standard (trial scheme)(abbreviated as "the Standard" below) by using the methods of practical testing and statistics,analyzing and mastering the healthy state of the students in order to provide not only some scientific proofs for the PE teaching reform and the students'physical exercise,but also some supplement for the further correction and implementation of the Standard.The results show that the level of the students'physical health is high,and the Standard is feasible totally besides a little improvement. |
