| 摘 要： | 供应链管理和标准化是中餐企业提高竞争力，做大做强的必由之路。餐饮企业间的竞争本质上是供应链之间的竞争。中餐企业由于市场定位不同、经营模式不同，必然选择不同的供应链模式。本文分析了中餐业4种典型供应链管理模式的运营特点、优劣和市场适用性，提出了中餐企业供应链管理模式未来的发展趋势。 |
