| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、实验教学法和数理统计的研究方法,研究健身俱乐部太极拳教学引入健身气功功法的可行性。通过有无引入健身气功的对比教学实验,结果表明：将健身气功功法引入太极拳教学对学员掌握动作和体会动作内涵有很大的启发性,既能提高太极拳的教学效果与质量,又能让学员达到更好的健身效果,并且能增加太极健身课程的吸引力,可以吸引更多的健身者参加到太极健身行列中来。

| Abstract: | The improvement of the teaching quality of university physical health care course has long been hindered by the traditional teaching methods and limited teaching resources.Consequently,students with disability or in poor physical conditions may not receive proper physical education.In this study,the significance and requirements of establishing multimedia teaching system are analyzed. |
