| 摘 要： | 第十五次全军院校会议后,我院改建为解放军军事体育进修学院,成为具有任职教育院校功能、以军事体育教学科研为主要发展方向的训练机构。完成这一历史性转变,要求我们必须站在时代发展和战略全局的高度,认清使命任务,探索特点规律,以更新思想观念为先导,以把握办学方向为关键,以构建新的教育训练体系为核心,以健全管理机制为保障,以改革创新为动力,加速推进我院向任职教育的转型发展。

| Abstract: | After the conference of army institutes, the PLA Institute of PE was rebuilt with a new name "The PLA Advanced-study Institute of PE" and became a special training organization of post-holding education with the main developing direction of military sports teaching and research. To fulfill this role, we must know our mission, explore its rules and follow the basic principals. Thus, we must turn our ideas and create the new teaching and training system to speed up our development toward the post-holding PE with a healthy managing system by sticking to making reform as its power. |
