| 摘 要： | 社会转型时期对温州商会提出了新的要求,即温州商会应有更明确的民间性、自治性、规范性和非营利性。通过追溯和借鉴温州商会发展历史,分析社会转型时期温州商会存在的局限性和不足,并就完善温州商会法律制度,提出了明确商会的法律地位、完善商会的法律职能的建议。

| Abstract: | Social transition makes new request to Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce,that is,it should be more definite in its features of non-government,autonomy,standardization and non-profit.Reviewing the history of Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce and making analysis on its limitation and shortcoming in the social transition period,this paper puts forward the proposals of determining its legal status,improving the legal function to promote the legal system of Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce. |
