| 摘 要： | 体育用品企业不仅应该创造利润,对股东利益负责,还要承担对员工、消费者、商业伙伴、社区、自然环境等利益主体的社会责任,包括生产安全、职业健康、保护劳动者的合法权益、提供安全的产品和服务、遵守商业道德、支持慈善事业、捐助社会公益、保护自然环境等.承担和履行更多的社会责任,是体育用品企业提高自身竞争力的需要.为此,体育用品企业要正确认识和处理企业的经济责任与社会责任的关系,树立正确的企业责任观,把企业社会责任的履行放在突出位置. |

| Abstract: | Sport s product corporations should not only make profit ,but also undertake the social responsi- bility for their employees ,customers ,commercial companies , social communities ,and natural environment . These include safe production ,health ,protection of the employeeps legal right s ,providing safe product s and service ,complying with the commercial morality ,supporting for the charity ,donating for the social service and protecting the natural environment . In order to promote it s competitiveness ,the undertaking pf more social responsibilities is needed for the sport s product corporations. Therefore , realizing the relationship between the economic responsibility and the social responsibility ,setting up the correct idea and st ressing the social responsibility should be emphasized by sport s product corporations. |
