| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济的发展和高等教育改革的不断深入，高职院校的学生思想政治工作如何适应形势的要求，实现思想政治工作的创新是一项重要的课题，思想政治工作要坚持以人为本，正确把握高职学生的新特点，新变化，解放思想，更新观念，掌握思想政治工作的主动权。要努力改进思想政治工作，必须在内容，形式，方法，手段等方面进行创新。

| Abstract: | With the development of socialist market economy and deepening reform of higher education,it is an important subject how to make ideological and political work of students of higher vocational education meet the needs of situation so as to blaze new trails on the work.Ideololgical and political work requires us to adhere to connecting people and emancipate our minds and renew our ideas in accordance with the new characteristic and change of students of h igher vocational education and master the initiative of ideological and political work.Striving to improve the work,we must bring new ideas to contents and try new forms and ways and means. |
