| 摘 要： | 随着近几年我国高校的不断扩招,高校毕业生人数迅速增加,就业形势也日趋严峻.大学生就业问题越来越成为社会关注的热点问题.大学毕业生就业难的原因主要来自三大矛盾,包括高校扩招与社会需求的矛盾,高校专业、课程设置与社会需求的矛盾,大学生择业期望与社会需求的矛盾.对此问题,可以从毕业生、政府、高校、社会四个层面加以解决.
