基于80C196KC的电动机监测系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了减少电动机的损坏次数及设备故障率,提高电动机运行的可靠性,设计了以80C196KC单片机为控制核心的电动机智能保护监测系统.应用A/D转换器可靠地采集电动机工作电流和温度等参数,智能判断出电动机产生的故障并及时排除,实现电动机缺相、过电流、欠电流、欠电压保护.

Abstract:In order to reduce the damage the motor frequency and the fault rate of the equipment, improving the reliability of motor operation, is designed with 80C196KC single-chip microcomputer to control the core of intelligent motor protection monitoring system. Application of A/D converter reliably collecting motor working current and temperature and other parameters, the electric motor intelligence . This kind of fault generated and eliminated in time, realizing phase motor, over current, under current, under voltage protection.
