| 摘 要： | 中职法律教育是我国法学教育的重要组成部分,在中职学校开设《劳动法》课程有着积极的意义。传统知识授课型的教学模式已不适应时代对中职教育的要求,改革《劳动法》课程教学势在必行。以劳动关系管理员岗位与劳动法的对接为例,阐述了如何采用项目化教学模式对《劳动法》课程进行教学改革。

| Abstract: | Legal literacy is an important part of legal education in China＇s secondary vocational schools. It is im- portant to offer labor law courses in secondary vocational schools. However, traditional knowledge-based teaching mode can not meet the requirement of vocational education. It is imperative to reform labor law teaching. This paper de- scribes how to design the projects for labor law course with the standpoint of labor relations manager. |
