| Abstract: | As a graduate student educator,in after-working hours,based on current quality descent of graduate students in our country and the imperfection of students recruitment system,this author attempts to explore the earnest research of the students recruitment system in America. Based on American successful experience, this author proposes some suggestions about how to reform the test and improve the students recruiment system in our country at present. |
