| 摘 要： | 作者结合多年来对德国职业教育的研究和实地考察，以关键能力为主题，较全面地介绍了德国职业教育中关键能力的产生背景、概念和培养方式，并分析了关键能力培养同素质教育的相互促进关系，对新时期加强内涵建设，提高职业教育教学质量，全面加强素质教育具有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of research on German vocational education and German visiting experience for years, taking the key ability as subject, the author gives an overall introduction on the background, concept, training methods of the key ability in German vocational education. He also analyzes the promoting effect of the ability training to quality education. Some experience of key ability training can be borrowed to strengthen connotation construction, improve teaching quality of vocational education and strengthen quality education for the time being. |
