基于PLC的矿井提升机电控系统设计

摘    要:电控系统的准确性和可靠性是矿井提升机安全运行的重要保证。文章分析了利用变频器和PLC控制器设计矿井提升机电控系统的方法,提出了电控系统软、硬件的设计方案,为改进矿井提升机提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:The accuracy and reliability of the electric control system for mine hoists is essential to the safe operation of mines. The author of this paper has analyzed the designing of the electric control system for mine hoists with the frequency inverter and the PLC controller,and proposed a design of the software and hardware of electric control systems, which provides a new way to improve mine hoists.
