| 摘 要： | 学校体育教学所选用民间体育教学项目与按体育教学大纲所规定的教学内容的教学结果表明,两者在对增强学生身体形态、机能和身体素质的影响和提高效果上是相同的,有些指标还好于《大纲》教学内容,在学校体育教学中,适当选择不同比例的民间体育项目,则会产生更好的教学效果。
