| 摘 要： | 村小是我国学校教育的最基层，是农村地区“特有”的小学。在村小中，开展体育课外活动锻炼，是实现学校体育教育目的和任务，培养德智体美全面发展人才不可缺少的重要途径。由于村小在校教师人数少，学生人数少，往往成为管理的“死角”。国家关于课外活动课的精神，在村级小学中执行的力度怎么样，本文对这一问题进行了调查，并进行了分析，对存在的问题提出了合理化的建议。

| Abstract: | Rural primary school is the most basic characteristic of national school system. In that school carry on sports education and exercise is very important wayto students＇body and ability. Because of the less of teachers and students, sports and exercise are very easy ignored. This article pay attention to this phenomenon, through investigation to find , and analyze the existing problems, then proposed some rational suggestions. |
