| 摘 要： | 幼儿教育是教育的根本的根本，当前，发展幼儿教育，是基础教育改革和发展的重点之一。而且，经调查发现，参差不齐的幼儿教育给小学低年级教育带来了严重影响；幼儿教育在管理上也存在不少问题，因此，在基础教育的改革和发展过程中，发展幼儿教育并加强其管理是现实的迫切需要。因此，建议从四个方面采取措施，来加强管理。

| Abstract: | Being the foundation of the education,at present,the development of the preschool education is one of the focal points of the elementary education reform.And the survey indicates that not only the unbalanced preschool education influences serioushy on the low students in the primary school but also there exists many problems in the preschool education management Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the preschool duccation management during the elementary education reform and development.It's suggested that we should take four steps to carry out the management. |
