| 摘 要： | 在21世纪的知识经济社会，建设潮汕文献数据库，对弘扬潮汕文化，服务两个文明建设，促进海内外交流以及图书馆的文献信息资源建设具有重要作用；潮汕文献数据库的建设，遵循图书分类法的基本原理，从实际出发，突破潮汕地方特色，设计了独特的体例，并采用现代信息处理技术，全面反映潮汕地区的根貌。
