| 摘 要： | 创新人才的培养是教育成败的关键。创新人才培养上观念与现实的冲突有三：培养目标上理想与现实的冲突，新教学观念与教学实践的冲突，创新人才培养理念与教育环境的冲突。只有充分化解这些冲突，才能真正发挥观念指导实际的理论功用．

| Abstract: | The training of creative talents is critical in education. There are three contradictions between its idea and reality:the contradiction between ideal and reality in training target,the contradiction between new teaching notions and teaching practice and the contradiction between notions of creative talents training and teaching conditions. Only when all these contradictions are settled can the idea of creative talents training be sufficiently applied in its practice. |
