| 摘 要： | 战略规划组织模型对于图书馆战略规划的制定和实施具有重要的意义。本文通过引入相关管理理论,考察国外图书馆战略规划实践,分析规划文本和利用实证研究结论进行了模型构建。战略规划组织模型主要由专职机构设置、组织结构、人员组成及职能四方面构成。

| Abstract: | It is of great significance to develop strategic planning management model for the development and implement of library strategic planning.The model can be constructed by introducing relevant theory,observing the practice of library strategic planning abroad,analyzing the text of planning and using the conclusion of empirical study.The model consists of setting up special organization,organization structure,staff components,and organization function and so on. |
