| 摘 要： | "遗留说"是进化论人类学的一个范畴和方法,它是按照保存在未消失民族的过去制度之残余物,以追溯发展序列的一种技巧.用这种思维方法去研究中国古代的监察制度,就会发现,战国时期监察制度的客观存在已经是个不争的事实,只是因为形式多样,不主一官,没有引起人们的注意.我们要善于认识并综合各种散乱的监察因素,把它们从错综复杂的文化中抽取出来,整理出来,从而完整清晰地呈现在我们面前.而要做到这点,必须学会利用文化遗留要素,无论如何,借鉴或者模仿一种已有的制度都比创立一种新制度要容易得多,尤其是这种制度已被前代社会证明是行之有效的时候,这些制度便得以继承并遗留下来.也正是这样,才使我们研究那些年代久远、模糊不清的文化、制度有了可能.

| Abstract: | The study on the supervision system in the acdemic circle has been paid much attention to now, but some divergences and problems are still stayed in the study. The thesis attempts to begin from the angle of the remains of the culture to study this problem. The method is started from the elements of the supervision system of Warring states. We trace back to the earlier period from the relation of the remains, so that we can make it clear where the supervision come from , so that we can understand the relation between the elements of the system of the culture. |
