| 摘 要： | 完善的企业年金治理结构是防范企业年金风险、保障企业年金计划受益人利益的关键。我国工会的外形化使企业年金的治理缺少了来自职工的参与和监督力量,阻碍了企业年金计划的健康发展。本文在分析工会在企业年金治理过程中的作用及我国工会外形化的原因的基础上提出了进行工会改革以完善企业年金治理结构的建议。

| Abstract: | Perfect governance structure of occupational pension is the key to preventing risks of pension fund and guaranteeing benefits of beneficiaries.In our country,decoupling of form of labor union has hampered the healthy development of occupational pension for it makes the occupational pension be lack of participating and supervising from workers.This article analyzes the functions of labor union in governing occupational pension and the reasons for decoupling of form of labor union,and puts forward some proposals to perfect governance structure of occupational pension from reforming labor union's perspective. |
